No Receipt? No Worries.
We’re not here to waste your time. If you own the product and it’s got a manufacturing defect, you’re covered—no proof of purchase required.
What’s Covered
✅ Defects in materials or workmanship
✅ Failures during normal, intended use
✅ Full replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue
What’s Not Covered
❌ Damage from misuse or neglect
❌ Normal wear and tear
❌ Experimental product testing (yes, it happens)
Returns & Shipping Info
To receive a replacement or repair, you’ll need to send the defective item back to us first. But don’t worry—we cover the return shipping. Once we approve your warranty claim, we’ll email you a prepaid return label so you’re not stuck footing the bill.

Warranty Period
Our warranty lasts 2 years for electronic items and 5 years for non-electric items from the date you got the product. As long as you’re using it the way it was meant to be used, you’re covered.
